As of December 1st, 2011, Off Broadway will be relocating inside of Cosmopolitan Salon & Spa located at 204 N. Waukegan Rd. Lake Bluff, IL 60044. The staff of Off Broadway would love to welcome you into another
neoclassical atmosphere designed inside of  a free standing building only seven miles from the previous location.

All hair, nails, face waxing, and massage services will be offered. The rest of the spa is currently under construction
and is estimated to be completed in the beginning of 2012. The spa includes facials, body waxing,
airbrush spray tanning, and more. We will no longer be affiliated in the tanning bed business.
All tanners may contact us for a referral to another tanning salon in the area.

Please respect the differences in some of our policies. Due to the changes the staff of Off Broadway will be making,
unexpired gift cards will only be honored until the end of February 2012 and may only be used for
50% of your total hair, nails, and face waxing services.

All coupons created for Off Broadway will still be accepted. Please be patient as more
coupons will be published in the future.

We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences we may have caused you and we
thank you for your patience through our transition.

We hope to see you again soon before the holidays. All of Off Broadway's
guests coming to the new location will receive a holiday gift to show our appreciation.
